At Nunu Comforts, we genuinely appreciate the trust you place in us to create your customized Quilted Portrait. 

We understand that commissioning a personalized piece is a meaningful investment, and we are dedicated to making the process as satisfying as possible for you.

Please be aware that, due to the unique and custom nature of our work, all sales are final once a commission is confirmed and production has commenced. The deposit/materials fee is non-refundable, as it helps cover the cost of materials and the time dedicated to your project.

We encourage open and heartfelt communication throughout the process to ensure that your vision is clearly understood and realized. 

If you have any concerns or need adjustments before production begins, we are here to listen and work with you.
